Delaware Tech offers the Introductory and Advanced Certificate courses in state-of-the-art computer labs at each of its four campus locations. The College also offers courses at off-site locations. School officials willing to have Delaware Tech teach the ETC program at their school should contact the following person at the nearest campus.
